ModelGolf training, hardware, software, and membership information
Training fee
Upon execution of this Agreement, Licensee will use its best efforts to insure that each Licensee instructor using the ModelGolf System will be available to participate in a minimum of 16 hours of uninterrupted instruction. Failure of Licensee to provide each instructor with 16 hours of uninterrupted instruction may result in additional training fees and expenses. If the training occurs at ModelGolf’s facility, ModelGolf will cover airfare and lodging for up to two (2) instructors. If the training at Licensee’s site, Licensee will pay ModelGolf’s travel related expenses for training at the Licensee Site, including travel costs, meals, lodging and employee-related expenses and such costs will be payable within 30 days after the date ModelGolf’s invoice.
Hardware costs
Licensee will purchase ($8500) or lease-to-buy the Computer Teaching System. ModelGolf has several lease opportunities, the most popular being a 36 month lease at $275/month. ModelGolf will support and maintain the hardware during for three (3) years from purchase or lease as long as the software license is current.
Software license
Included in the initial purchase/lease is a three year ModelGolf Software License. During this initial period, as long as Licensee participates in the ModelGolf Teaching Program, ModelGolf will provide support and updates without charge. After the initial period, the license fee will be $100 per year.
Membership fee
Licensee will charge each Member the annual member fee of $100 directly to ModelGolf’s account through the use of Member credit cards. In lieu of directly charging Member Fees to ModelGolf’s account and upon prior written consent from ModelGolf, Licensee may collect Member Fees from Members.
Licensee will receive a commission equal to the commission percentage of .25 times the Member Fee received by ModelGolf for each Membership sold or renewed ($25).
